WIKEEPS’s participation at the Salon VINITECH SIFEL heralds an exciting opportunity for wine producers to explore cutting-edge solutions for enhancing their tasting experiences. As industry professionals converge at the Bordeaux Exhibition Center, WIKEEPS showcases its innovative approach to wine preservation and serving, setting a new standard for excellence in the wine industry.
WIKEEPS’s recognition as the recipient of the prestigious Oenovation Trophy in 2012 underscores its commitment to innovation and excellence. This esteemed award, presented by the Technopole de Bordeaux Montesquieu, acknowledges WIKEEPS’s role as a trailblazer in the wine sector, driving forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of wine producers and consumers.
The evolution of wine consumption and the rise of discerning consumers have underscored the importance of wine tasting experiences at Vinitech Sifel. For wine estates, tastings serve as a vital opportunity to showcase their vintages and engage with customers on a personal level. However, the logistical challenges and costs associated with conducting tastings can pose significant hurdles for wine producers, particularly when it comes to managing wastage and expenses.
WIKEEPS’s innovative preservation and serving system offers a transformative solution to these challenges, revolutionizing the way wine tastings are conducted. By leveraging oenological gas capsules, a precise blend of Argon and CO2, WIKEEPS ensures that opened bottles of wine can be preserved and served for up to 20 days without compromising quality at VINITECH. This not only minimizes wastage but also enables wine producers to offer premium tasting experiences while controlling costs effectively.
At the Salon Vinitech Sifel, WIKEEPS introduces two comprehensive offers designed to optimize the quality and cost-effectiveness of tastings for wine estates. The Wibox, equipped with advanced bottle temperature maintenance features, and the WIserve, offering versatile fixed or mobile furniture for tastings, provide tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of wine producers. WIKEEPS’s presence at the event signals its commitment to empowering wine estates with innovative tools and solutions that enhance their tasting experiences and drive business success.
As wine producers and industry professionals explore the latest advancements in wine technology and services at the Salon Vinitech Sifel, WIKEEPS stands at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of wine preservation and tasting experiences. With its unwavering dedication to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, WIKEEPS continues to redefine industry standards, paving the way for a more dynamic and vibrant wine industry. The Wikipedia solution
It is to respond to these issues that Wikeeps has developed the only French system for preserving and serving wine by the glass in Bordeaux.
It uses oenological gas capsules (mixture of Argon and CO2) produced in partnership with the Linde group.
Light, efficient and easy to use, it is placed directly on the bottle as soon as it is opened. The wine can be served and stored for up to 20 days after opening thanks to the quality of the oenological gases contained in the cartridge.
The winegrowers then have a simple and profitable tool allowing them to control their tasting costs while guaranteeing quality tastings of their wines to induce the act of purchase.
This year, WIKEEPS will present wine estates with two complete offers to optimize the quality and cost of their tastings at the Estate or at Trade Shows: the Wibox (including bottle temperature maintenance) and the WIserve (Fixed or mobile furniture for tasting).
