It was by interacting with restaurant customers that Vincent and Laurent decided to develop an innovative, simple and effective product intended for amateurs and especially for all professionals who serve Champagnes and other sparkling wines. The product designed is called Bubbl.
The box contains everything you need to recork and then perfectly store two bottles of sparkling wine for a week.
The target: bubble lovers and wine professionals – winegrowers, wine merchants, hotel-restaurants, and agents who need, on a daily basis, to use a practical and effective product to guarantee the sealing and conservation of the bottle of Champagne open.
Allowing the conservation of opened champagnes certainly offers the pleasure and opportunity of tasting vintages and other rare vintages without risk of loss and while guaranteeing quality.
Allowing the consumer to choose and consume from a wider range of bottles is also a real advantage for the establishment which is launching champagne by the glass.
Allowing the winemaker to send fewer samples from his cellar, guaranteeing the quality of the tasting, the taste, the aromas and the effervescence of the champagnes offered are also advantages for the champagne salesman.
Allow an establishment to develop a champagne by the glass menu offering year, vintage, aging, vintage… wide and varied.
The particularity of the BUBBL system lies in its speed of implementation and its ease of use.
A bottle of champagne opened, protected then reheated in a cellar or on ice will have a shelf life of 7 days or more!
We put to good use our 10 years of experience in wine conservation and our 2 French patents.
After 2 years of R&D on sparkling wines and the gases needed to prevent oxidation, 4 3D prints, 20 cork prototypes and twice as many tastings with professionals in the industry… we finally succeeded.
And what a result!

THE TECHNIQUE IN A FEW WORDS :
The gun is equipped with a trigger that allows – by pressing it – to release the gas compressed at 200 bars in the cartridge in order to transfer it smoothly to 2.5 bars in the bottle.
The gas injected is an ideal mixture of CO2 (80%) and Nitrogen (20%), which compresses the wine and blocks the CO2 present in the Champagne.
The “Smart Cap” which is replaced after each pour ensures a perfect seal of the opened bottle.
The cap has a pressure control valve and a hole for injecting the gas with the gun.
A pressure of 5 seconds allows to start the process.
BUBBL. gas is a mixture of 80% CO2 and 20% Nitrogen developed with our European gas partner Linde, world leader in food gases.
This perfectly balanced formula allows the gas to prevent the oxidation of the sparkling wine by compressing the gas in the bottle, which also protects it from oxygen for several days.
